How do I know if the item I have qualifies for the 1-1 exchange?
All GS custom corporate products qualify for the 1-1 exchange. Look out for a GS Product Card that comes with your item. The GS Product Card is proof that you're holding on to a GS custom corporate product.
How do I tell if my item is within the safe period for exchange?
A Batch Manufacturing Date will be printed on the Product Card that comes with your item. As long as you are returning the faulty item within 90 days from this date - everything's good.
My GS corporate custom product is in tatters but it's within the safe period. Can I still bring it in?
Yes, of course! Even if it has been torn to bits, as long as it's within 90 days of the Batch Manufacturing Date, we'll gladly take it back and hand you a new piece. However, availability is while stocks last.
I've lost the GS Product Card. Can I still make the exchange?
Unfortunately no. You'll need to surrender both your faulty item and the Product Card to make an exchange for a new piece. You will be required to hand over your original faulty item, together with the original Product Card.
Can I keep my original product?
You will have to surrender your original product in order to receive the new item. Please hand the original product, along with the original Product Card to our team member.

Can I make the exchange on behalf of a friend?
Sure! As long as you have with you the original GS Product Card and the item that needs to be exchanged.
I've noticed some flaws in the new piece upon closer inspection. Can I swap for another one?
We advise that you do a thorough check before you leave. We don't allow for further exchanges.
Can I request for a second exchange?
You are only allowed a one-time exchange with each GS custom product within the valid exchange period.
